Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Homeowner Services Coordinator to lead our Family Selection and Support Program!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Family Selection Process for our Homeownership Program.
- Support and guide future and current homeowners through education, mentorship and ongoing connections.
- Coordinate loan processing and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations as a Qualified Loan Originator.
- Innovate and improve our homebuyer support and education programs.
- Make a difference in affordable housing.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in program management with a proven track record.
- Passion for our mission and community impact.
- Strong communication, organizational, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
