No prior experience is needed to volunteer.

Whether your community group or school chooses to volunteer on our construction sites or at our ReStores, we appreciate your willingness to help! Read about the different volunteer opportunities below and then fill out our volunteer group request form.
If your group has 2-4 people, feel free to skip the group form and sign up for an individual volunteer shift here.
New Construction
Build homes in partnership with families.
9 AM-3:30 PM, Monday-Thursday (We typically build from May-October, but some weeks we don’t have construction opportunities)
Ages 16+
If your group has 3 or less people, visit our construction volunteer calendar and sign up individually for the shift. You’ll sign up using the “GoTo Crew” shift on dates that still have open slots.
We receive a high volume of interested groups for our construction days, so the priority goes to groups that support our mission financially, and then we open the schedule to our community groups.

Volunteer in our home improvement ReStore, proceeds of which benefit our programs to build and preserve affordable homes.
Help unload donations, organize income inventory, display items for sale, and assist customers.

Ages 16+
Groups of 8 volunteers are needed year-round and can be scheduled months in advance.
If your group has 4 or less people, visit our ReStore volunteer calendar and sign up individually for the shift.
ReStore:
If you have a group larger than 10, we may be able to accommodate your group, but we need at least 4 weeks in advance to plan. Large groups need to be flexible with dates and might need to split up among different projects.
Construction:
Due to safety, we typically cannot accommodate a group of more than 10 people. There could be a special circumstance or special project that is available where we could make this work.
